From what I watched last night, the Lakers have a pretty good team-does anyone else agree?

I reckon so!

Come one Celtics, show 'em how it's done!

(lol! I'm just messing with you!)

From what I watched last night, the Lakers have a pretty good team-does anyone else agree?nba update

i would agree

bynum has been a monster lately and it sucks that kobe's scoring average isn't so high but it doesn't matter considering his team is winning games

they have the potential to develop during the season and make it to the conference finals but probably not further than that

From what I watched last night, the Lakers have a pretty good team-does anyone else agree?nba mock draft ,nba teams

Yeah... it actually looked like Kobe ook some responsibility, and was "leading" the younger guys
they have a good starting line up and a good bench.

farmar has been tearing it up, along with bynum and sasha did good last night.

kobe is still great and fisher back on the team is even better.

lakers have a fighting chance!
They started off good last year too, the role players and the bench cannot take days off. Kobe once again is showing the world he's an awesome teamate but once the team starts slacking he will take over. Hopefully they make it to the 2ND round.
Yup, they're definitely improving. If only Odom can start scoring around 20 ppg consistently and the supporting cast continues to get better, then they'll really be a force to be reckoned with.
definitely. but Andrew Bynum is now the second scoring option, not lamar odom. yesterday, when i was watching them against the bulls, the sideline reporter john ireland(this is true by the way) heard phil jackson saying how they had to run the offense through bynum. he's going to be a force by next year.
yes i think they have a great team. they have kobe who is in my opinion the greatest guard right now. and they have odom who just came from ohio state. hes good and they have plenty more good players. but i think that the celtics are gona be in the final game
you're right I think Kobe pulled the team together this year. you never know maybe they'll make it somewhere deep in the playoffs this year but I still think the Mavs got the title this year.
They have played surprisingly well.

Bynum is just plain excellent. The others just give their best as well.

But most important the success is due to Kobe has shown his maturity and not forcing his way and trust his teammates better.

I am not saying its right but by unfairly criticizing his teammates, Kobe might make his teammates angry and that resulted them to want to show him that they are somethings. After few games, Kobe acknowledged his teammates and became comfortable with them and here they are now.
Yes. First and foremost, they have an outstanding coach who both recognizes talent and knows how to mesh the "right players at the right time" so that the team plays its best. One notable example is the minutes Luke Walton gets under Jackson versus what he got under Tomjanovich (namely, he all but disappeared). Luke rarely puts up great statistics, but he is a consummate team player, an outstanding passer and a reliable shooter. When he is on the floor, the Lakers usually play better than when he's not -- regardless of his statistics. Jackson early on recognized this and has always turned to Luke in pressure situations. Jackson has also adapted by going deeper into the bench than was his practice; with outstanding results. He has been patient with and brought in extra coaching for the young players, and Bynum for one, there are many others, is proving the value of that approach. That said, I suspect this young team is still a year or two away from being a serious title contender, and that suggests some transition issues (for example, will Derek Fisher still be able to perform at current levels in two years?) but they should once again be consistent fun to watch.
i agree. its cuz their actually working as a team. they dont have to depend on kobe and the bench is contributing every game
